Part-Time LMSW Therapist

Compensation: Fee Split, Paid Position (W-2 or Contractor, depending on arrangement)

About Us
We are a boutique group therapy practice providing high-quality, private pay services to individuals and couples. Our practice offers a warm, modern and thoughtfully designed office space for in-person sessions, along with the flexibility of telehealth. We value depth-oriented work, integrity and a commitment to clinical growth.
Many of the patients we serve are adult children of immigrants and members of the Asian diaspora. While comfort and prior experience working with this population is preferred (not required), we welcome clinicians who are curious, culturally sensitive and open to learning.
Our Values
We believe that the foundation of excellent therapy comes from clinicians who align not only with clinical skills but also with shared values. Our team is grounded in:
Strength-Based Approach – honoring and building upon clients’ resilience and inner resources.
Client as Expert – respecting clients as the experts of their own lives, while we stay committed to continuous learning and integrating the latest research and best standards of care.
Transparency & Collaboration – practicing openness in treatment planning, ensuring clarity with clients about goals, and communicating effectively with other providers when appropriate.
Accountability & Integrity – maintaining timely, accurate documentation and upholding ethical, professional standards.
Clinical Excellence – blending compassion with evidence-based approaches, striving for therapeutic work that is both relational and effective.
Commitment to Inclusivity
Our practice is intentionally inclusive and culturally responsive. We honor the diverse identities and lived experiences of our clients, with particular awareness of the unique challenges faced by immigrant families, communities of color and marginalized groups. We welcome therapists who are committed to practicing cultural humility, engaging in ongoing self-reflection and creating a space where all clients feel seen, respected, and supported.
