Natalie Dupre, LMSW

Many people come to therapy with a longing to feel more grounded, more connected—to themselves, to others, and to a deeper sense of clarity and emotional safety. Whether you're navigating the weight of past trauma, a strained relationship, anxiety, or the sense that something just isn't working, this space is here to support your healing.

Natalie is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with advanced clinical training from Columbia University. She offers both individual and couples therapy, weaving together evidence-based and holistic approaches tailored to each person or partnership. Her integrative method draws from EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic practices, mindfulness, and Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy.

In sessions, the focus is on real presence by slowing down, tuning in, and making space for what wants to be seen, felt, or understood. Through deep listening—not only to words but also to breath, tone, and energy—each moment in therapy becomes a doorway to insight, relief, and transformation.

For individuals, this work may involve processing trauma, finding emotional regulation, or reconnecting with the body after years of disconnection. For couples, it may mean learning to communicate with more care, working through long-standing conflict, or rebuilding intimacy and trust. The path forward is not predetermined—it's shaped together, with care and attention to what feels most supportive in each moment.

Rather than applying a fixed method, the work unfolds in response to what's most alive in the room. Therapeutic tools are thoughtfully introduced to support your growth, enhance awareness, build resilience, and help you navigate life with clarity and authenticity.

The goal isn't just symptom relief. It's a meaningful change. A return to wholeness. An inner foundation that allows you to lead a life with more clarity, agency, and connection.
Whether you're just beginning or deepening your therapeutic work — individually or as a couple — Natalie provides a space that respects your timing, your experience, and your ability to heal and grow.
