We specialize in:

01. Relationship Conflict

We work with couples who are exhausted by repeated patterns in conflict and with couples wishing to prepare for major milestones. We use a combination of several evidence-based modalities, including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

02. perfectionist / People - pleasing Anxiety

We support individuals whose standards and expectations for themselves create anxiety and burnout. We use CBT, IFS, psychodynamic and relational therapies.

03. Trauma

We work with survivors of complex and singular trauma who feels disconnected from their bodies and trapped in cycles of reliving distressing events. We use EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, somatic and relational therapies.

05. chronic insomnia

We offer guidance to those suffering from chronic insomnia and who feel lost in their attempts to get back to restful sleep. We use the gold standard of treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.

04. Depression / Low self-esteem

We support individuals with treatment resistant depression who struggle with finding joy / with generating motivation and who have strong negative beliefs about themselves. We use EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, CBT, IFS, somatic and relational therapies.
